1986 - Obtained Real Estate Sales License
Worked for a small local Brokerage in Windsor, CO.
1991 - Obtained Residential Appraisal License.
1993 - Upgraded to Certified Residential Appraiser and started my own business providing residential appraisals for mortgage loan purposes.
Sales and Appraisal Experience
1986 - 2007 -
Ran my own independent Appraisal company full-time, while working part-time as a Real Estate Sales Associate.
Extensive appraisal and sales experience in the entire Front Range area.
More Recent
2007- Present
2007 - Made the decision to get out of the Appraisal Industry, upgraded my Sales License to Independent Broker and began working full time as a Real Estate Broker. Worked for a small independent brokerage in Windsor for many years. I continue to enjoy working for an elite small brokerage out of Windsor where I feel I am able to provide my clients with professional and personal experience.
